These terms govern registration for and participation in WHYBE'26, organized by TechnoCrats GSV. By registering, you agree to the terms below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering a team for WHYBE'26, each participant agrees to these Terms & Conditions, the Code of Conduct, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to teams of exactly 4 members who complete registration and payment before the stated deadline.

3. Registration & Fees

Registration requires payment of ₹80 per team. This fee is non-refundable once paid, including in the event of a no-show, withdrawal, or disqualification.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants must follow the Code of Conduct throughout the event. Violations may result in disqualification without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, materials, problem statements, formats, and other content associated with WHYBE'26 - including submissions made as part of the event - are the property of TechnoCrats GSV. Organizers may use team and project names, descriptions, and screenshots for event promotion (e.g. the leaderboard, recap posts).

6. Disqualification

Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any team found violating these terms or the Code of Conduct, at their reasonable discretion, at any point before or during the event.

7. Limitation of Liability

WHYBE'26 and TechnoCrats GSV are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation, including loss of data, equipment, or personal belongings during the event.

8. Changes to These Terms

Organizers reserve full authority to interpret, amend, or change these Terms, the Code of Conduct, the schedule, or any other rule of WHYBE'26 at their sole discretion, at any time, including during the event. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision - continued registration or participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
