    Check-in & Kickoff

    Teams check in, get their kits, and settle in for the sprint.

    Problem Statement Reveal

    Problem statements are announced to all teams.

  3. 9:45 AM – 10:45 PM

    One Pager Build Phase

    Turn your idea into a clear one-pager that defines the problem, solution, and impact.

  4. 10:45 AM – 1:45 PM

    Solution Building

    Start working on the solution, time is ticking.

  5. 1:45 PM

    Checkpoint 1

    All builds must be shown to judeges.

  6. 3:45 PM

    Prototyping & Deployment

    Judges review submissions on innovation, execution and use of AI.

    Checkpoint 2

    Final checkpoint where AI activity logs are checked.
